Working efficiently and EHS compliant thanks to automatic loading and unloading system

At Stafier, we make our products entirely in-house. For us, it’s a no-brainer to invest in machinery and automation, but what’s even more important is to invest in our employees. With our new punching machine from Amada, featuring an automatic loading and unloading system, we solve two problems at the same time! Because the machine runs 24/7, we work more efficiently. And thanks to the automatic plate change, our employees are physically relieved.

The Amada EMZ 3510 NT is a great addition to our existing machine park. With its press force of thirty tons, this punching machine can process details in sheet material up to 2500×1250 millimeters. The machine is equipped with an automated system that automatically changes sheet material.

No more lifting

This all leads to our production employees not having to perform physical actions anymore. After all, lifting sheet material, placing it on the machine and – after punching – removing it from the machine is no longer necessary. This allows our colleagues to focus on tasks that are more challenging and at the same time less labor-intensive.

Working more efficiently

Thanks to the automatic change of sheet material, our machine is able to produce 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These unmanned operations allow us to work more efficiently, which benefits production speed. So, it’s truly a win-win situation!
