From engineering to production; we do everything in-house
For over 60 years we have been working daily on products for various clients. The customers differ, but they do have one thing in common: they choose our solutions for drying, ripening, storage and sterilization. We deliver customized solutions, so that the production process of our customers runs as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
We do this in a well-considered way, with a team of specialists. Because only then we can deliver the quality and service that we fully support, and you get products that really help you. It’s no surprise that we have everything in-house. From engineering to production.
Engineering
Our starting point is helping you further. That’s why our engineers work closely with you to ultimately have a product that meets all your wishes and requirements. The creative and innovative product designs are made with SolidWorks. This software program offers possibilities for variations, simulations and a 3-dimensional design, resulting in a well-considered design. And in some cases we will combine different techniques. Everything to get the desired product.
Throughout the process, we think along with you. We are actually an extension of your project group. This way, we leave nothing to chance and contribute to your project from the beginning.
Toolshop
We have our own tool shop and we couldn’t do without one, because this is how we produce products where everything is right down to the smallest detail. We make new tools and jigs for most of our orders, because every order and every product are different. That’s why we have invested heavily in machining equipment that produce high-quality tools with an accuracy of 0.001 mm for perforating, bending and/or punching, for example.
Production
We understand that flexibility is important. By having our production in-house, we can guarantee this. Our machinery for the production divisions of sheet metal working, stamping, forming, punching and welding & construction consists of manned as well as completely unmanned production lines.
At Stafier, we pay great attention to quality, design, size and packaging. This is why we invest not only in machinery and automation, but also in our personnel. For example, we have our own development and training program for a safe workplace, so that everyone can do their job optimally and with a smile on their face.
Quality
Whatever stage the development of your product is in, our quality department always keeps its finger on the pulse during the production process. By carrying out checks during the production process and before the products leave our factory, we guarantee that everything meets the applicable national and international standards.
We take quality very seriously. We are certified by Bureau Veritas for:
